Single parents should be seen as martyrs

Life isn't easy, it will get harder

it fertilizes their soil, helps kids stem

Into adults who are resilient

And see possibilities with no end

Single parents make children brilliant

Which in time, makes problems easy to mend

Children with both parents don't get the chance

To learn this lesson at such a young age

Kids with single parents differ in stance

Instead of being trapped in a small cage
